Create imaginative worlds without harming people, abusing systems or taking what is not yours.

1. Be lawful and respect rights
Do not use SyntheticSpaces to violate law or another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property or other rights. Do not upload material unless you have the right and permission to use it.
2. Protect people
Do not facilitate exploitation, trafficking, credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, non-consensual intimate content or sexual content involving minors. Do not use generated likenesses or voices to deceive people or create abusive impersonations.
3. Protect systems and transactions
Do not distribute malware, phish, commit fraud, interfere with service availability, scrape or probe without authorization, evade safeguards, conceal prohibited use or bypass account, billing, quota, rate or content controls.
4. High-impact decisions
Do not rely on SyntheticSpaces to make decisions about another person’s eligibility for employment, housing, credit, education, legal services, insurance, medical treatment or other high-impact services. Generated content requires meaningful human review.
5. Mainstream public boundaries
The public launch service is a mainstream creative product. Adult-content tools and marketing are not part of this public surface. Any separately protected capability, if offered, is governed by distinct eligibility, payment and access controls.
6. Enforcement and reporting
We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights or the service. Context matters, including legitimate educational, documentary, research and safety work. Report suspected abuse to support@syntheticspaces.ai.
