• Account information, such as username, email address, plan and verification state.
• Customer content, including Space descriptions, Entity profiles, prompts, messages, uploaded files and generated media.
• Usage and device data, including session timing, feature events, IP-derived security data, browser information, errors and provider-cost metadata.
• Billing metadata, such as subscription state, purchases, credit-ledger entries and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider rather than stored directly by SyntheticSpaces.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and personalize the service, authenticate accounts, process payments, meter usage, generate requested output, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, communicate with you and meet legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We share only the information needed for vendors to perform functions such as AI generation, voice and image services, payment processing, email delivery, abuse prevention and infrastructure hosting. Their processing is also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

4. Retention

We retain account and customer content while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. Some billing, security, audit and backup records may be kept longer when required for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute or operational purposes.

5. Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect customer data, including access controls, encrypted transport and account-scoped media storage. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You can update some account and customer content in the product. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive certain personal information, or to appeal a request decision. Contact support@syntheticspaces.ai. We may need to verify your identity.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Users under 18 require permission from a parent or legal guardian.

8. Changes and contact
